Overview
The Macro Tracking feature helps you monitor your intake of protein, carbohydrates, and fats. It’s great for Noomers with specific nutrition goals like weight loss, muscle gain, or GLP-1 support. As you log meals, macros and calories are automatically tracked.
What to Know

- This feature is available to Noomers in the U.S. enrolled in:

- You’ll need the latest version of the app (12.40.0 or higher) on iOS or Android.
