Overview
If you have access to Noom’s glucose monitoring feature, you can log your blood glucose levels directly in the app. This helps you track trends and stay informed about your health.
What to Know
- Log your data manually or sync from supported apps or devices (if available)
- View trends over time in the Health tab with a weekly graph
- Track what’s influencing your glucose with a daily insights screen
- See patterns at a glance with deep dive views showing daily, weekly, and monthly logs
If you don’t see this option in your app, it means it’s not included in your current version and/or enrolled program. You must meet the following requirements:
- Enrolled in the English version of the Noom Weight program
- Enrolled in the Noom Med or Diabetes Prevention programs
- iOS or Android
- Have the most recent version of the Noom app installed (13.4.0 or higher)
⚠️ Note: This feature isn’t currently available for those who have an employer-sponsored plan.
What to Do
To manually log a blood glucose reading:
- Open the Noom app.
- Go to the Track More Habits menu or the Health tab.
- Select the Glucose Monitoring feature.
- Enter your blood glucose reading in mg/dL.
- If your device uses mmol/L, convert it to mg/dL before entering.
- Adjust the time the reading was taken, if needed.
- Select a Meal Context option.
- Tap Done.
- Tap Log Blood Glucose. Your reading will now appear on the graph.

A: If you don’t see this option in your app, it means it’s not included in your current version and/or enrolled program
Q: Can I sync my blood glucose data from other apps or devices?
A: Yes. If you’ve connected a compatible app or device, Noom can automatically pull in your blood glucose data. Syncing the Apple HealthKit or Google Fit app with Noom will enable the Glucose Monitoring feature and auto-populate your readings.
Supported sync options include:
- iOS only (via Apple HealthKit):
- Devices: Accu-Chek, Contour, Dexcom, LifeScan/OneTouch, One Drop
- Apps: Dexcom, Glucobyte, Glucose Buddy, mySugr, OneTouch
- iOS & Android (via third-party connection):
- Devices/Apps: iGlucose, iHealth, Omron, OneTouch
- To connect:
- Go to Noom Settings
- Tap Connect Other Devices
- Select the app you want to sync
- Log in to authenticate and sync data
