Overview
Protein Power is a feature designed to help Noomers on GLP-1 medications eat more protein and protect against muscle loss and malnutrition. It adds in-app tools, such as a protein tracker and macro insights, to encourage healthier, higher-protein eating habits.

What to Do
Set Up the Feature
- Confirm you’re enrolled in Noom Weight or Med and have the GLP-1 Companion enabled.
- Read the Power of Protein article (usually available on Day 2 or 3 of your program, depending on your daily reading goal)
- Once complete, the Protein Bar and meal-level macros will appear in the app.

- Macros data in the Meal Analysis screen

Customize Your Protein Goal
- Your daily protein goal adjusts dynamically based on:
- Calorie range
- Age, height, sex

- Because of this, your protein target may shift from day to day.
