Overview
You can access your daily Noom lessons and revisit past content using several tools in the app. Whether you’re reviewing a recent lesson or restarting a mini-course, everything you’ve completed is available to view again.
What to Know
- Lessons appear each day under Today’s Plan on your home screen.

- You can scroll back to previous days or use the Course Map to find earlier content.

- Once you’ve earned 15 Noomcoins, you’ll unlock the Library, which includes all completed mini-courses.
- Bookmarking lessons helps you save them for quick access.
- You’ll need a stable internet connection and an active subscription to view lessons.
What to Do
1. Find Today’s Lessons
- Open the Noom app and go to the home screen.
- Under Today’s Plan, tap the Learn with Noom task card.
- Tap Read or Listen to open each lesson.
- Optional “extra credit” lessons may appear after you complete your assigned lessons.
2. Review Past Lessons by Scrolling
- Use the arrows near the top of the home screen to move backward or forward by day.
- Tap Today’s Lessons while on any previous day in the app to revisit content.
3. Use the Course Map to View or Retake Mini-Courses
- Tap the Health tab at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap the Course Map tab at the top.
- Scroll to find a mini-course and tap its name to reopen or retake it.
4. Access the Library (Unlocked After 15 Noomcoins)
- Tap your profile picture in the top left of the app.
- Tap Library (iOS) or My Library (Android).
- Browse by topic or tap View All to see all available mini-courses.
- Tap a course, then tap Start minicourse.
5. View Saved Lessons
- While reading any lesson, tap the bookmark icon in the top right to save it.
- To revisit saved lessons:
- Tap your profile picture
- Tap Saved Lessons
- Tap the name of the lesson you want to review
6. Can’t Find What You’re Looking For?
- Ask your Coach to send you a direct link to the lesson. Try to include the topic or title.
- Confirm you have a stable internet connection and an active subscription.
- For app-specific issues, review the Troubleshooting for iOS or Troubleshooting for Android articles.
