Overview
You can sync Noom with several iOS-compatible health and fitness apps to track your steps and weight automatically.
What to Know
Noom only syncs step and weight data. Syncing may take up to an hour, depending on your third-party app’s server.
What to Do
To sync an external device on iOS:
- Open the Noom app and tap your profile icon (top left).
- Tap Settings.
- Scroll to Apps & Devices, then select Connect Other Devices.

- Find the app you want to sync and tap Connect.

- Log in using your credentials for that app. Accept all permissions. If available, select Allow All.
⚠️ Note: Your options available will vary depending on the app you’re linking.
- You’ll see Connected next to the app name once setup is complete.
- Tap Done
- Tap Choose steps data source. Choose the synced app as your step data source. Make sure your wearable’s app is up to date to sync data.

Q: Can I manually log data in Noom, and what happens if I delete it from another app?
A: You can still manually enter weight in Noom. But you cannot do this for steps. Deleting data in the third-party app won’t delete it in Noom.
⚠️ Note: Data from third-party apps may take up to an hour to appear in Noom due to syncing delays. Deleting data in the third-party app won’t remove it from Noom.
