Overview

Noom works with a variety of Android-compatible fitness apps to sync step and weight data automatically.

What to Know

Only step and weight data sync with Noom. Delays of up to an hour are normal due to syncing through external servers.

What to Do

To sync an external device on Android:

  1. Open the Noom app and tap your profile icon (top left).
  2. Tap Settings, then Apps & Devices. Tap Connect Other Devices.
  3. Choose the app you want to connect and tap the Connect button.
  1. Log in with your app credentials. You’ll see it listed as the available apps with the green check mark badge.
  2. Tap the Back button, then Choose step source. Confirm it’s set as your step source.

Q: What are some compatible iOS apps?

Q: Can I manually log data in Noom, and what happens if I delete it from another app?
A:
You can still manually enter steps and weight in Noom. Deleting data in the third-party app won’t delete it in Noom.

⚠️ Note: Data from third-party apps may take up to an hour to appear in Noom due to syncing delays. Deleting data in the third-party app won’t remove it from Noom.
