Overview
You can cancel either right in the app, on the web via the Subscription Portal, or through your device’s app store.
What to Know
- Canceling doesn’t end your access immediately. You’ll keep getting full features until the current billing cycle wraps up.
- Uninstalling the app will not cancel your subscription—make sure to follow the steps below.
- If you subscribed through iOS or Android, cancel directly through the App Store or Google Play Store.
What to Do
1. In the Noom app
- Open the app and tap your profile picture (top-left).
- Tap Settings, then Manage Subscription.
- Follow the prompts to cancel.
2. On the web (Subscription Portal)
- Sign into the Subscription Portal using your Noom login.
- On the main page, click Cancel Subscription and follow the on-screen steps.
3. Via iOS or Android
- If you subscribed via your device’s app store, open the App Store or Google Play Store.
- Locate your Noom subscription and cancel directly from there.

Q: Will I still have access after cancelling?
A: Yes! Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing cycle, even if you cancel mid-cycle.
Q: I deleted the app…Did that cancel it?
A: No. Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription. Please use one of the methods above before your next billing date.
Q: I want a refund. How do I get one?
A: For Noom Weight, initial subscription or add-on charges may be eligible for a refund if you reach out within 14 days of purchase.
To request a refund within this 14-day period:
- Tap the chat button in the bottom-right corner of the screen, or
- Send us a message using our contact form.
