Quickly link your purchased or trial program to the Noom app using your Unique Program ID (UPID).
What to Know
If you signed up via web, through your employer, or already have a Noom account, you’ll need your UPID to activate access in the app. It’s a one-time setup that connects your account to your specific program.
What to Do
- Open the Noom app
- Tap your profile picture (top-left corner)
- Go to Settings
- Select Activate your Unique Program ID
- Enter your UPID and tap Activate
Once entered, you’ll have full access to your program.

Q: I signed up for a trial on the web but haven’t installed the app yet. What should I do?
A: Install Noom on your device, then follow the steps above to enter your UPID.
Q: I can’t find my UPID. What now?
A: Check your email (including spam and promotions) for a message titled “Here’s your Noom Unique Program ID.”
Q: What if I still can’t find it?
A: You can reach out via our Contact Support form for help retrieving your UPID.
