Sponsored Diabetes Prevention Program

Overview

If you’re participating in Noom’s Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP) through a sponsored partnership, you have full access to a CDC-recognized lifestyle change program designed to help lower your risk of type 2 diabetes.

What to Know

  • Your Noom membership is provided to you through your sponsor. This can be an employer or health plan.
  • Noom’s DPP includes daily lessons, coaching support, community groups, habit-building tools, and optional tracking features for food, weight, steps, and activity.
  • Your subscription begins when you sign up, not when you start the program. The curriculum is self-paced, but you can’t pause your subscription. You can revisit any previous articles in your app at any time.
  • Communities offer a space to connect with other Noomers for shared support and motivation.
  • Once you complete the core curriculum, you’ll unlock new topics to support your long-term progress.
  • After reaching your health goal, you can either set a new one or focus on sustaining the progress you’ve made.

What to Do

If you need help with your account or have questions about your program, email [email protected]. You can contact them for:

  • Enrollment confirmation
  • Questions about your privacy or how your data is shared
  • Switching programs (currently not available)
  • Questions about data reported to the CDC
  • Additional account-related questions
