Overview
You can restart your Noom Weight program anytime to go back to Day 1, or resubscribe if your membership has ended. Restarting resets your course content but keeps your logged data. Resubscribing gives you full access to the program again.
What to Know
- Restarting your program resets your daily content but keeps your weight and food logs.

- Your billing details or renewal dates are not affected by restarting your program.
- You can manage your subscription directly in the app or through the Subscription Portal.
What to Do
To Restart Your Program
On Android:
- Tap your profile picture (top left) of the app.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Start Over.
- Confirm your choice when prompted.
- You’ll see a pop-up once your program has restarted.
On iOS:
- Tap your profile picture (top left) of the app.
- Tap Settings.
- Scroll to the Curriculum section.
- Tap Start Over – Restart program from the beginning.
- Confirm your choice. A pop-up will appear once your program restarts.
Restarting affects only your lesson progress—it does not reset your logs or subscription.
To Resubscribe to Noom Weight
On iOS:
- Tap your profile picture (top left) of the app.
- Scroll to Account and tap Manage Subscription.
- Tap Restart My Subscription and follow the prompts.
On Android:
- Tap your profile picture (top left) of the app.
- Tap Manage Subscription.
- Tap Restart My Subscription and follow the prompts.
On a Web Browser:
- Log into your Subscription Portal with your Noom credentials.
- Click Restart My Subscription and follow the instructions.
