Noom Med Medication Shipping 

Overview

Most Noom Med prescriptions are shipped within 3-7 business days. If something goes wrong during shipping, please reach out to your Care Team in the Noom app.

What to Know

  • Shipping timelines are the same across all Noom Med programs, including Metformin, GLP-1 medications, and HRT.
  • You can track the status of your order in-app using the tracking feature located in the Prescriptions section of your Noom app.
  • For any questions not covered here, reach out to your Care Team through the Noom app. 

What to Do

To track your shipment:

  1. Open the Noom app.
  2. Select “Your prescription” on the homescreen of your app

If your order hasn’t arrived:

  • Wait the full 3-7 business days after your order is placed.
  • If it still hasn’t shipped, contact your Care Team through the Noom app.

If your order is damaged or unusable:

  • Message your Care Team in-app for support and next steps.

If part of your order is missing:

  • For GLP-1 programs: check your shipment carefully. Some items (like medication vials) may be packed inside insulated sleeves or envelopes that look like ice packs.
  • Message your Care Team in-app for support.

If you need to update your shipping address:

  • Contact your Care Team through the Noom app.
  • Address changes cannot be applied to an order that’s already been placed but will take effect for your next refill or shipment.

Q: Can I change my address after an order is placed?
A: No. Once an order is processed, the shipping address cannot be updated. Any changes will apply starting with your next refill.

A: Care Coordinators handle non-medical support:

  • Medication delivery or order issues
  • Shipping address updates
