Overview
Clinician visits are included in your subscription and you are encouraged to schedule an initial video visit once you completed your intake.. Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance so appointment times aren’t lost.
What to Know
- Visits are included in your subscription—no extra cost.
- You’ll receive a scheduling email once your labs are reviewed.
- Canceling or rescheduling less than 24 hours before your visit may result in a fee of up to $72.
- Our goal is to connect you with the same clinician each time, based on availability.
What to Do
To schedule a visit:
- Complete your intake
- Once completed, you’ll receive an email with a scheduling link.
- If you don’t receive the email, message your Care Team in the Noom app.
If your appointment link isn’t working:
- Message your Care Team in the app for help.
To cancel or reschedule:
- Go to the Visits section in the side menu of your Noom app
- Select Reschedule, or Cancel Visit if needed.
- Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your visit to avoid a possible fee.
To confirm your appointment:
- After booking, you’ll get a confirmation email.
- Reminder emails will also be sent before your visit.
- If you don’t see a confirmation or reminder, contact your Care Team.

Q: Will I always see the same clinician?
A: Whenever possible, yes. If your clinician isn’t available, another clinician will see you and will have access to your visit details.
