The Telehealth for Branded Meds program combines clinical care with the classic Noom Weight program. After completing your medical intake you’ll meet with a clinician to create a care plan that may include prescription options if you qualify.

- Your Care Team includes your clinician, care coordinators, and your coach.
- Care Coordinators are available 8 AM – 12 AM ET, 7 days a week.
- Coaches support your day-to-day weight journey alongside your clinical care.
What to Do
Getting started:
- Complete your medical intake, focused on your weight and health history.
- Upload any recent lab work (within 6 months, if available).
- Schedule a video visit with your clinician after your intake is complete.
At your initial visit:
- Your clinician will complete an assessment and review your labs.
- They may order new labs for a full picture of your metabolic health.
- If you qualify, they may recommend a weight-loss prescription, for example Wegvy or Zepbound
Ongoing care:
- Your Care Team (clinician + care coordinators + coach) will support you with:
- Prescription refills and prior authorizations
- Lab questions and follow-ups
- Coaching and progress check-ins
- You’ll receive updates and recommendations through in-app messaging and visits as needed.

Q: Can I add this program to my existing Noom Weight subscription?
A: Yes. If you qualify for the Telehealth for Branded Meds program, upgrading will immediately start your new program and end your previous Noom subscription.
- On iOS: Profile > Settings > Manage Subscription > Upgrade to a Noom Med Plan > Check eligibility
- On Android: Profile > Settings > Manage Subscription > Upgrade to a Noom Med Plan > Check eligibility
