Overview
Your doctor provides your lab order in the Noom app, and you can complete labs at Quest, Labcorp, or an independent lab. Results are shared with you in the app.
What to Know
- Your lab order is sent as a PDF in the clinician chat during your first interaction.
- Labs can be done at Quest, Labcorp, or an independent lab of your choice.
- In NY, NJ, or RI—or if you choose an independent lab—you’ll need to use your insurance and may have out-of-pocket costs.
- Your doctor reviews your results with you in the app. You can also access results directly from the lab’s online portal.
What to Do

- If you can’t find it, message your doctor in the clinician chat.

- Or choose an independent lab—just confirm they offer routine lab work (not only specialty testing like employee screenings).
- If using an independent lab, or if you live in NY, NJ, or RI, you’ll need to use your insurance and may have additional costs.
To access your results:
- Your doctor will review results with you in the clinician chat.
- To get a copy for yourself:
- Create an account on the Quest or Labcorp website to view results online.
- If you used an independent lab, contact them directly for access instructions.
