Our refund policy depends on the program you’re enrolled in. In general, refund requests must be made within 14 days of your first charge. You can always view and manage your plan in your Subscription Portal.
- Noom Weight: Refunds may be available if requested within 14 days of your first charge. Renewal charges aren’t refundable.
- Noom Med: Refunds may be available within 14 days of your charge unless a prescription has already been written. Once a prescription is written, refunds are no longer possible.

Noom Weight
- Refund requests must be within 14 days of your first charge.
- Renewal charges are not eligible for refunds. Cancel your subscription before your next billing cycle to avoid future charges.
- If you cancel after a renewal, your subscription remains active until the end of that billing cycle.
Noom Med
- Refund requests must be within 14 days of your charge.
- No refunds are available once a prescription has been written.
- You can also switch to Noom Weight instead of canceling.
Billing Reminder Emails include details about renewal dates and refund eligibility.
What to Do
Check your plan and charges
- Visit your Subscription Portal.
- Log in with the email tied to your Noom account.
- Reset your password if needed.
Cancel or switch your subscription
- Cancel directly in your Subscription Portal or in the Noom app.
- If you’re in Noom Med and want to switch to Noom Weight, you can do that in your portal or by contacting support.
Request a refund (if eligible)
- Click the orange chat bubble in the bottom-right corner of this page to connect with our Support team.
- Share the date of your charge and the reason for your request.
- Our team will confirm your eligibility.

Q: Does uninstalling the app cancel my subscription?
A: No. Uninstalling the app doesn’t cancel your subscription. You’ll continue to be charged unless you cancel in your Subscription Portal.
Q: Can I get a refund after a renewal charge?
A: No. Renewal charges aren’t refundable, so be sure to cancel before your renewal date.
Q: Can I switch to another program instead of canceling?
A: Yes. If you’d like to move from Noom Med to Noom Weight, you can make the change in your Subscription Portal or by contacting Support.
Q: What if my insurance covers Wegovy®, Zepbound®, or similar medications?
A: We offer a separate Noom Med path for members using branded medication through insurance. Reach out via the orange chat bubble, and we’ll help you make the switch.
