Overview
You can request to delete or export your Noom data at any time. Once deletion is confirmed, your account cannot be recovered.
What to Know
- If you request deletion through your Subscription Portal.
- Once confirmed, your account will be frozen and logged out on all devices. You won’t be able to use Noom with that account again. Your request will be completed within the 30 days. Until then, you cannot create a new Noom account using the same email.
- Your account will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
- There are a few reasons data deletion does not occur right away:
- An active data export request
- An active subscription
- We’re required to retain data for legal reasons (e.g. law enforcement)
What to Do
To delete your Noom account and data:
- Log into your profile and cancel your account through the Subscription Portal.
- Access the portal again and tap “Delete my account”
- Follow the instructions to submit a request


To export your Noom data:
There are two ways to request your data export:
Option 1: Through the app
- Open the Noom app.
- Go to Settings → Account → Manage Subscription.

- You’ll be directed to a page with your subscription details — scroll down to find the option to request your data.

Option 2: Through the web
- Visit the Noom Subscription Portal and log in with your Noom username and password.
- Click on your profile picture and scroll down to Subscription Management.
- Follow the instructions to Request My Data.
Once your request is submitted, you’ll typically receive your data in a portable format within 30 days.
