Q: How often will Coaches reach out to me?
A: If you have access to a 1:1 Coach, you can expect to hear from them once a week — but you’re always welcome to reach out as often as you’d like!
Q: What types of questions should I ask my Community Coaches?
A: Noom Communities are led and moderated by Community Coaches, who create engaging content, share resources, encourage conversation, and help make your experience more enjoyable. You can learn more about Using Noom Community.
