Find and Redeem Your Noom Access Code or UPID

Overview

Need your Access Code or Unique Program ID (UPID)? Here’s how to locate and redeem them so you can link your program and access Noom.

What to Know

  • Access Code: A unique identifier for your account, often needed for support or troubleshooting.
  • UPID: Used to activate your trial, subscription, or employer/insurance-sponsored program. Can only be used once.
  • You only need to redeem a UPID once. Doing so connects your app to your specific program.
  • The Access Code and UPID show up in your app settings—no need to log in repeatedly.

What to Do

To Find Your Access Code

On iOS or Android:

  1. Open the Noom app and tap your profile picture (top-left).
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Scroll to the Account section—your Access Code appears below that heading.

To Redeem Your UPID

On iOS or Android:

  1. In Settings, tap Activate your Unique Program ID.
  2. Enter your UPID (an 8–15 character code from email, employer, or insurance).
  3. You’ll be connected to your program once you enter your UPID.
