Overview
Whether you’re trying to log in, reset your password, or troubleshoot access issues, here’s how to get back into your Noom account—fast.
What to Know
- You can log in using your email and password, or via Google, Facebook, or Apple ID, depending on how you originally signed up.
- Noom doesn’t have a logout button. To disconnect, you’ll need to uninstall the app.
⚠️ Note: Uninstalling does not cancel or stop your subscription.
- Resetting your password or fixing login issues is easy, but there are a few key things to check.
What to Do
To Log In:
- Open the Noom app.

- Tap Log In.

- Choose your login method:
- Enter your email and password, or
- Use Google, Facebook, or Apple ID if that’s how you signed up.
To Log Out:
There’s no logout button in the app. If you want to disconnect:
- Uninstall the Noom app.
- Reinstall it from the App Store or Google Play.
⚠️ Note: After reinstalling, your data usually restores automatically. Just don’t close the app or switch networks while it’s syncing—there’s a small risk of data loss.
To Reset Your Password:
- On the login screen, tap Forgot password?
- Enter the email you used to sign up
- Open your inbox and use the link in the reset email (it only works once)
- Create a new password with at least 8 characters, including letters, numbers, and symbols
⚠️Note: It can take up to 2 hours for your new password to fully register. If it doesn’t work right away, wait and try again. If you requested a reset link from your phone and didn’t receive it, try again from a computer—this usually resolves the issue!
Still Having Trouble? Check These Quick Fixes
- Double-check your login method
- You can’t log in with email / password if you originally signed up using Google, Facebook, or Apple ID.
- Make sure you’re using the right email
- Sometimes autofill selects an email you didn’t intend to use. If you signed up using an Apple device, your email may be hidden.
- Reset link not working?
- Make sure you’re using the most recent link, and that you only clicked it once. If needed, request a new one.
- Didn’t get the password reset email? Depending on your email provider, here’s what to check:
- Gmail → Check Promotions or Spam folders
- Outlook, Hotmail, MSN, Live → These often send it straight to Spam
- Yahoo/AOL → Delivery may be delayed up to 24 hours
- RoadRunner (city.rr.com) → May show a blank page when clicking the reset link
- Work or school emails → The reset email may be blocked by your organization’s filters
- Didn’t create a password?
- If you never redeemed your Unique Program ID (UPID) when signing up, a password wasn’t set yet. Redeem your UPID to finish setup.
