Contacting Your Clinician

Overview

You can message your clinician directly in the Noom app using the Your Doctor chat. Responses usually come within 36 hours.

What to Know

• Messages to your clinician happen in the Your Doctor chat. 
• Clinicians typically reply within 36 hours.

What to Do

To contact your clinician:

1. Open the Noom app.
2. Go to messages in the upper right corner.
3. Tap Your Doctor chat.
4. Send your message just like you would in your Coach chat.

If you haven’t heard back:

1. Wait up to 36 hours for a response.
2. If it’s been longer than 36 hours, let  your Care Team know in the app.
