If you’re currently on Noom Weight or Premium and meet eligibility requirements, you may be able to upgrade to a Noom Med Program. Upgrading will end your current subscription and start your Noom Med Program right away.
What to Know
- Eligibility is required: Not everyone qualifies for the Noom Med Program.
- Upgrading ends your current subscription: Once you upgrade, your Noom Weight subscription ends immediately.
- Some members may not see the upgrade option: If this happens, [email protected] can help.
What to Do
On iOS:
- Open the Noom app.
- Tap your profile picture (top left).
- Go to Settings > Manage Subscription.
- Tap Upgrade to a Noom Med Plan.
- Tap Check if you’re eligible and follow the steps.
On Android:
- Open the Noom app.
- Tap your profile picture (top left).
- Tap Settings > Manage Subscription.
- Tap Upgrade to a Noom Med Plan.
- Tap Check if you’re eligible and follow the prompts.

How to Cancel Your Noom Med Program Subscription
You can do it directly in the Noom app or through your Noom Med Patient Portal.
To cancel in the Noom app:
- Open the Noom app.
- Tap your profile picture (top left).
- Go to Settings > Manage Subscription.
- Follow the on-screen steps to cancel.
⚠️ Note: Canceling your Noom Med subscription will set your current subscription to expire. If you have upcoming refills in your current subscription you no longer want to receive, please email our Noom Support Team at [email protected], and they’ll be happy to assist you!
