What to Do
Signing Up
- Premium is offered during sign-up for Noom Weight to eligible users in the U.S.
- You must be using the most recent version of the Noom app on iOS or Android.
- If you’re eligible, you’ll see the option to add Premium during sign-up.
What’s Included
- 1:1 Coaching: A dedicated coach who supports you throughout your program.
- Meal and Exercise Plans: Personalized in-app guidance tailored to your goals.
- Welli (AI Support): 24/7 answers to common questions and instant support.
Billing Info
- Premium is an add-on, so you’ll see two charges: one for Noom Weight, one for Premium.
- Charges may appear on the same day if you sign up for both at once.
Chat Support
- You’ll see two chats in your app: one with Welli, and one with your 1:1 Coach.
- You can use both chats at the same time.
Coach Communication
- Your coach will send a welcome message and video on day 1.
- You’ll get a goal check-in on day 3 and weekly support on a day you agree on together.
- Coaches reply within 24 hours on business days (Mon–Fri).
Cancelling Premium
- If you cancel, you’ll lose access to your 1:1 Coach and Meal and Exercise Plans.
- You’ll keep access to the Noom Weight program and Welli.
- Your past messages with your coach will move to your Welli chat.

Q: Will I keep the same coach the whole time?
A: Yes. Once you’re matched with a 1:1 Coach, they’ll stay with you for the duration of your program.

A: Welli offers quick, general answers about nutrition, exercise, health, and the Noom program. You can also tap Quick Topics (yellow bubbles) for instant help with common questions.
Q: What other add-ons are included?
A: Premium also gives you access to Noom Shop and other available add-on services.
