Overview
You can log, update, or delete your weight directly in the Noom app. You can also choose your preferred unit of measurement.
What to Know
- Logging your weight regularly helps Noom personalize your plan and show trends over time
- You can log, edit, or delete weight entries anytime
- You can log your weight from:
- The Track Your Weight task card on the Home screen
- The Track More Habits menu on the Home screen
- The weight graph view
What to Do
To log your weight:
- Open the Noom app and tap the Track Your Weight task card on the Home screen.
- Tap pounds, kilograms, or stone above the ruler to select your unit of measure.
- Slide your finger left or right across the ruler to select your weight.
- Tap Log to save it.
To edit or delete a previous weight entry:
- Open the app and tap the Health tab at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap See Full Graph under the Weight section.
- Swipe left or right on the graph to find the entry you want to update.
- Tap the dot for that day to view the weight in large numbers above.
- Tap the large number to open the edit options.
- Tap Update to change it, or Delete to remove it.
To change the unit of measurement:
On iOS:
- From any weigh-in screen, tap the unit at the top of the measuring tape (pounds, kilograms, or stone) to switch between them.
- This will update the units for weigh-ins, starting weight, and goal weight.

On Android:
- Tap the profile icon in the top left corner.
- Tap Settings.
- Select Units (kg/lbs).
- Tap Weight Unit, then choose kg, lbs, or st.

Q: Will my past weigh-ins convert if I change the unit?
A: Yes. If you switch units, all previous weight entries will automatically convert to match the new unit.
Q: Can I change the unit on Android?
A: No. Changing weight units is only supported on iOS.
