Need your Access Code or Unique Program ID (UPID)? Here’s how to locate and redeem them so you can link your program and access Noom.
What to Know
- Access Code: A unique identifier for your account, often needed for support or troubleshooting.
- UPID: Used to activate your trial, subscription, or employer/insurance-sponsored program. Can only be used once.
- You only need to redeem a UPID once. Doing so connects your app to your specific program.
- The Access Code and UPID show up in your app settings—no need to log in repeatedly.
What to Do
To Find Your Access Code
On iOS or Android:
- Open the Noom app and tap your profile picture (top-left).
- Select Settings.
- Scroll to the Account section—your Access Code appears below that heading.
To Redeem Your UPID
On iOS or Android:
- In Settings, tap Activate your Unique Program ID.
- Enter your UPID (an 8–15 character code from email, employer, or insurance).
- You’ll be connected to your program once you enter your UPID.

Q: What if I can’t find my UPID?
A: Check your email (including spam/promotions) for a message titled “Here’s your Noom Unique Program ID.” If it’s not there, contact our Support Team.
Q: Where did I get my UPID?
A: Your UPID comes from one of these sources:
- A purchase receipt of a Noom Program.
- Your employer or insurance provider
Q: How many times can I use my UPID?
A: Just once! UPIDs are single-use—redeem it in your app to activate your program.
Q: I don’t see Access Code or UPID in settings. Now what?
A: Make sure you’re signed in and on the Home screen. If you still can’t find them, contact our Support Team—have your email ready to help us locate your account.
