Managing Your Noom Access: Device, Payment Method & Notifications

This article guides you through device requirements, updating your payment method, and managing Noom email preferences. This way, you can stay connected and in control.

What to Know

  • Our app is only available for Android and iOS devices.

⚠️ Note: It isn’t supported on Windows phones, Chromebooks, Kindle, or desktops.

  • You can update your payment method anytime by logging into your account or subscription portal.
  • You can unsubscribe from Noom marketing emails anytime by clicking the link at the bottom of any email.

What to Do

1. Check Your Device Requirements

To run Noom smoothly, make sure your device meets these minimum specs:

2. Update Your Payment Method

If you’d like to update your credit card information or change your payment method from PayPal to a credit card

  1. Open your Subscription Portal and sign in.
  2. Select Edit.

⚠️ Note: If you signed up through the Google Play Store, the App Store, or if your payment method is set to PayPal

  1. You’ll need to visit the Google Play Store, the App Store, or PayPal to update your payment method directly with them.

3. Manage Noom Email Preferences 

  1. You can always unsubscribe from Noom marketing emails using the link at the bottom of each email.

⚠️ Note: That some emails you receive from Noom are not marketing, and are instead connected to your use of Noom products or services.

Q: Will updating my card affect my current subscription?
A:
No. Your subscription will continue uninterrupted. The new card will be used at the next billing cycle.
